The warranty not only covers the vehicle but also includes various services that are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week. These are the services that are included:
- Towing – We will provide towing services to get your disabled vehicle to the nearest qualified Ford dealership within 35 miles of your location.
- Battery Jump Start – If your battery loses its charge, we will come jump start the battery and your vehicle so you can get back on the road.
- Flat Tire Change – If you have a flat tire, we will come put your spare tire on so you can get to the nearest location for a replacement.
- Fuel Delivery – If you happen to run out of gas, then we will bring you up to two gallons of gasoline and up to five gallons of diesel.
- Lock Out Assistance – If you get locked out of your vehicle, we will unlock it for you. This service does not include the cost of making spare keys.
